The Uniseal SCADA SMS Alert Program sends automated text messages to employees who have enrolled as on-call personnel, notifying them when a piece of monitored plant equipment activates an alarm condition. Enrollment is limited to authorized Uniseal, Inc. personnel and is managed internally through the Uniseal intranet — this program is not open to the general public.
By entering your mobile number and submitting the on-call scheduling form, you consent to receive recurring automated text alerts from Uniseal, Inc. related to equipment alarm status. Enrollment is entirely optional and can be withdrawn at any time; it is never a condition of employment or of using any other Uniseal system.
Message frequency varies and is driven entirely by equipment alarm activity — you will only be texted when a monitored alarm you are scheduled to cover becomes active. There is no fixed number of messages per day, week, or month.
Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel and immediately stop receiving alerts. Reply HELP for help, or use the contact information below. Standard opt-out keywords (STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL) are also honored.
Uniseal, Inc. may update these terms as the SCADA SMS Alert program evolves. The current version will always be posted at this address.

To enroll you in the SCADA SMS Alert Program, we collect the mobile phone number you provide, along with the on-call schedule details (recurring shift days/times, temporary coverage dates) you enter yourself through the internal scheduling tool.
Your phone number is used solely to deliver text alerts when equipment you are scheduled to cover triggers an alarm, and to coordinate on-call coverage among enrolled personnel. It is not used for marketing, sales, or any purpose outside this program.
Your opt-in consent and mobile number are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We use Twilio, Inc. as our messaging delivery vendor. Twilio transmits the alert text and your phone number solely to route the message to your carrier, under its own provider obligations, and does not use this data for any purpose of its own.
You may remove your phone number from the SCADA SMS Alert program at any time through the internal scheduling tool, or by replying STOP to any alert. Your number is retained only for as long as you remain enrolled.
Uniseal, Inc. may update this policy as the SCADA SMS Alert program evolves. The current version will always be posted at this address.
