“Safety First” is a core value of the Uniseal culture, and we are dedicated to protecting the safety and health of all those associated with our company. It is the Policy of Uniseal to ensure that every employee has a safe and healthy working environment. Uniseal stresses compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations and company policies concerning safety and health. Our Behavior Based Program focuses on empowering all Uniseal employees to identify and eliminate safety hazards in our facilities.

Behavior Based Program
The Uniseal Behavior Based Program is a framework for evaluating and improving safety metrics in all Uniseal processes throughout the workplace. The program focuses on unsafe behaviors that may or not result in an accident. By focusing on behaviors, we are able to eliminate accidents before they happen and we can take corrective action to mitigate future risks. Every team member is responsible for making sure that the Uniseal facilities are safe for our employees, vendors, partners, customers, or other members of the public that may enter Uniseal properties.
