Uniseal manufactures a variety of expanded cellular foam products, specializing in NitrileVinyl, EPDM, and Silicone materials. Our highly qualified chemists and engineers offer the expertise to customize products to meet your application needs. Our products are approved at General Moters, Ford, and Chrysler, and they meet applicable ASTM requirements. Most tooling is fabricated in-house which ensures efficient and timely creation of prototype and full production materials. Uniseal provides a comprehensive line of products to serve acoustic, vibration dampening, and sealing needs.

Silicone and Solid Rubber Profiles Uniseal is now capable of providing Silicone material in foam or dense varieties. Silicone materials are used in various industries where extreme temperature resistance is required. These materials typically withstand temperatures from -100°F to 500°F. Silicone material features excellent resistance to ozone and maintains flexibility at low temperatures. Uniseal can provide silicone products, either foam or dense, in profiles for sealing applications, and sheet stocks for fabrication. In addition, Uniseal can now offer EPDM materials in solid rubber profiles and sheet goods.
